Including (if not most important) our health!<\/p>\n<p>I found a very useful website created and supported by NHS where you can read about all current illnesses found in the country you are travelling to. According to <span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\"><a style=\"color: #ff00ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/fitfortravel.scot.nhs.uk\/destinations\/caribbean\/cuba.aspx\">this<\/a><\/span>, Cuba currently have few of the popular\u00a0disease like <span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\"><a style=\"color: #ff00ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Hepatitis_A\">Hep A<\/a><\/span> and <span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\"><a style=\"color: #ff00ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Hepatitis_B\">Hep B<\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>Not that others are not important, but for us the most dangerous one is\u00a0<span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\"><a style=\"color: #ff00ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Malaria\">Malaria<\/a><\/span> because it&#8217;s something you can&#8217;t really do a lot to avoid.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Going to Cuba sounds great but we also have to think about\u00a0a lot of things.
